What is your jewelry made of?
Each piece in our collection is individually crafted to look, feel, and last the way you would want. Exact materials are listed on every product page.
Is your jewelry nickel free?
Our plating is nickel free. We do not describe our finished pieces as nickel free, because the base beneath the plating can carry trace nickel. We take great care to protect each piece from allergen exposure and welcome your feedback.
Will it tarnish, or turn my skin green?
Every piece is sealed with a protective anti-tarnish coating. Plating does wear over time, and how quickly depends on how it is worn and what it comes into contact with. Following the care instructions will meaningfully extend its life.
Can I shower or swim in it?
We recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, swimming or exercising. Water, soap, chlorine and sweat all shorten the life of plating.
How do I find my size?
Our size guide has measuring instructions for bracelets, necklace lengths and earring dimensions.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the service selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details on our Returns page.
Do you offer repairs or replating?
We do not currently offer a repair or replating service. If a piece arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days, contact us and we will make it right.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
