Returns & Exchanges

Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Final sale items are not available for refund.

Returned pieces must be unworn and in their original condition, in the original packaging, with all tags and materials included. We are not able to accept a piece that has been worn, altered or damaged.

Email marketing@thelinksoflondon.com with your order number and we will send you instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service — we cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or finish you want — that way you are not waiting on us twice.

If your piece arrives damaged, or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, email us with photographs and we will replace it or refund you. We cover shipping both ways in that case. This is separate from the standard return policy above.

Normal wear is not a fault. Plated jewelry changes with time and exposure, and how quickly depends on how it is worn. Damage caused by wear, accident or misuse, and damage from contact with water, chemicals, perfume or cosmetics, is not covered. We do not currently offer repair or replating.
